These Terms apply to all MMM Beauty appointments (nails, brows, and skin). By booking, you agree to the deposit, cancellation, and lateness rules below.
2) Deposits
A 30% deposit is required to secure every booking.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Your deposit is deducted from the final treatment total on the day of your appointment.
A new deposit is required for any new booking after a forfeited deposit.
3) Rescheduling & Cancellations (24-hour notice)
We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment start time.
With 24+ hours’ notice, we can move your deposit once to a new appointment time (subject to availability).
With less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
4) No-shows / Missed appointments
If you miss your appointment or do not attend, it is treated as a no-show and your deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
5) Late arrivals
Appointments run to time and are one-to-one. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your appointment to protect the diary. In these cases, your deposit may be lost.
6) Repeat cancellations / lateness
Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or persistent lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.
