Cards remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date, giving your recipient a generous window to secure their preferred appointment.

Can a gift card cover multiple appointments?

Yes. We apply the remaining balance to each visit until the funds are used, whether that is a single luxury facial or a mix of nail and brow touch-ups.

How does the recipient redeem the card?

They simply book online via the Book page and add the card number in the notes, or show the email when they arrive in Brackley so we can apply it at checkout.

Can I top up an existing card?

Absolutely. Use the same secure Square link to reload the balance, or contact the studio if you need help topping up a physical card.

What if I need a last-minute present?
