1. Using your gift card
- Gift cards can be used as full or part payment towards eligible treatments at MMM Beauty.
- Cards cannot normally be used for cash withdrawals or exchanged for cash.
- If the total cost of your service exceeds the balance of the card, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
2. Validity period
- Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the card will no longer be redeemable.
3. Booking with a gift card
- To redeem your card, please bring your digital code or confirmation to your appointment.
- Our standard Cancellation Policy applies to bookings paid with a gift card.
- In the case of late cancellation or no-show, part or all of the appointment value may be deducted from your gift card balance.
4. Lost or stolen cards
- Please treat your gift card like cash.
- If your card or code is lost or stolen, we may not be able to replace the balance.
- Where possible, we will work with you and our gift card provider to identify the remaining balance, but we cannot guarantee replacement.
5. Non-transferable
- Gift cards are intended for personal use and are not for resale.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a card if we suspect fraud, misuse or illegal activity.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these Gift Card Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
