The Renew and Clear Skin Methods use professional microdermabrasion, galvanic technology and high frequency. Please get in touch before booking if you’re pregnant, have a pacemaker, metal implants or plates, or have any medical condition affecting your skin.
You’ll complete a short skin consultation and consent form before your first machine facial. Meghan sends it with your booking confirmation, and it takes a couple of minutes. There’s still no patch test for any facial.

How long does an appointment take?
Most MMM Beauty appointments run 45–75 minutes depending on design complexity. Builder Gel full sets typically take 60–75 minutes, while infills take 45–60 minutes. Brow treatments usually take 45–60 minutes.
How often should I get Builder Gel infills?
We recommend rebooking Builder Gel infills every 3–4 weeks to keep the structure rebalanced before the apex grows out.
What is HD Brows?
HD Brows is a 7-step brow treatment that includes tinting, waxing, threading, and styling to create perfectly shaped, defined brows that frame your face beautifully.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or amount. They make perfect gifts and can be purchased in-studio or by contacting us directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. With at least 24 hours' notice we can move your deposit once to a new appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will result in your deposit being forfeited. Please see our full cancellation policy for details.
Is parking available?
Yes, free on-street parking outside the studio.

What should I do before my appointment?
Please arrive with bare nails if possible. No oily creams or makeup on the brows before treatments.
Do I need a fresh patch test if I pause visits for a few months?
Yes, a patch test is needed at least 48 hours before your first appointment, or if it has been more than 6 months since your last tint or lamination. We will reach out after you book to arrange it.
If your skin reacts after a treatment, message me within 48 hours. I'll support you through it personally.
