Cancellation Policy

Notice period

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us a fair chance to offer the slot to another client.

Deposits

  • Some appointments may require a booking deposit to secure your time.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows, but may be transferred to a new appointment when sufficient notice is given.
  • Where a deposit is required, you will be notified at the time of booking.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours)

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the treatment cost.
  • This fee is used to partially cover the time reserved for you that we are unable to fill at short notice.

No-shows

  • A no-show is when you miss your appointment without any notice.
  • No-shows are charged 100% of the treatment cost.
  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full pre-payment for future bookings, or may result in future bookings being declined.

Arriving late

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • If you are late, we will do our best to complete as much of the service as possible in the remaining time.
  • If we are unable to carry out the full service because of late arrival, the full appointment fee may still apply.

Sickness & contagious conditions

  • If you are unwell, have a contagious condition, or suspect a nail/skin infection, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We may ask to reschedule your appointment in the interest of safety and hygiene.
  • We will always apply common sense and fairness where genuine illness is involved, but reserve the right to enforce our policy where appropriate.

Patch tests

  • Some treatments require a patch test within a specified timeframe before your appointment.
  • If a required patch test has not been carried out, we may be unable to perform the treatment, and our late cancellation / no-show terms may still apply.
