How your appointment works

Not suitable if
You have an active acne flare up or open lesions, recent injectables, or recent peels. Book a consultation first. Pregnant clients in the first trimester should also book a consultation.

FAQs
Do I need a consultation before booking?
For a first Signature, no. Bring any active prescription products to the appointment so we can adapt around them.
How is this different from the Express Skin Treatment?
The Signature is 45 minutes and includes massage, mask time, and a longer finish. The Express is 30 minutes, focused on cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration. For first time clients or visible results before an event, the Signature is the right call.
Will my skin react afterwards?
Mild flushing or warmth for an hour or two is common and settles by the next morning. Sensitive skin is flagged in the consultation so we adjust the exfoliation method.
How often should I book?
Every 4 weeks aligns with the skin's cycle. Some clients prefer the Express monthly with the Signature every 6 weeks.
